Postponement Notice of Screening Test for Block Development Officer under P&RD Deptt

It is for information of all concerned in connection with the recruitment to the post of Block Development Officer (BDO) under P&RD Department that the Commission, in pursuance of the legal opinion  dated  6.3.2017  of  the  learned  Advocate  General,  Assam,  had  cancelled  the  viva-voce including the screening test and written examination for the said post and decided to hold the said examination afresh vide Notification No.39PSC/PS-9/2016-2017 dated 8th March, 2017. Thereafter, the Commission vide Notification No.166PSC/DR-25/1/2014-2015 dated 21st July, 2017 decided to hold the screening Test afresh on 13.08.2017 at Guwahati centre.

However, due to unavoidable circumstances, the Commission has decided to postpone the said examination to be held on 13.08.2017.

IMPORTANT NOTICE for Combined Graduate Level Examination, 2017

Candidates   may   refer   to   the   Notice   of  Combined   Graduate   Level   Examination,   2017 uploaded   on   the website of the Commission on 16.5.2017.

In partial modification to the earlier announced date(s) of the said  examination  from  1st August, 2017  to  20th August,  2017,  the Commission would  now  be  conducting  the  Combined  Graduate Level  Examination,  2017  from 5th August,  2017  to  24th August, 2017. 

There  will  be  no  exam  on  7th , 13th, 14th and  15th August, 2017

No. DPN-21/2017/28 dated 20.05.2017 in connection with Computer Skill Test for the post of Assistant Librarian and Junior Assistant of Pandit Deendayal Upadhyaya Adarsha Mahavidyalaya, Dalgaon, has been schedule to be held on 24th July, 2017 at the District Computer Centre located in premises of Mangaldai Govt. Higher Secondary School.The list of the shortlisted candidates for this computer skill test will be uploaded through the website www.darrang.gov.in and also displayed in the notice board of office of the Deputy Commissioner, Darrang. Candidates of both the categories are here by requested to visit the said website regularly for their immediate update. The eligible candidates will bring all the original certificates/mark sheets along with two copies of recent passport size photograph for verification on that day.
