For Counsellor, Assistant Clinical Psychologist, Junior Dietician and Mortuary Supervisor : 21 to 30 years.
For Optometrist/ Refractionist, Junior Radiographic Technician, Female Health Worker, Boiler Room Operator, Operation Theatre Assistant, Dark Room Assistant, Junior Technician Anesthesia, Assistant Dispensary Superintendent and Library Restorer : 18 to 25 years.
For Driver (Heavy Duty) : 18 to 35 years.
Age Relaxation : The relaxation of upper age limit will be 03 years for OBC candidates and 05 years for SC/ST candidates.
Educational Qualification:
Medical Lab Technician : B.Sc (Medical Lab Technology) from a recognized university/ institute with 02 years experience in a Hospital/ Institution.
Counsellor : MA psychology with 01 years Clinical/ Research experience.
Assistant Clinical Psychologist : MA psychology with 01 years Research/ Teaching experience from a Institute.
Optometrist/ Refractionist : B.Sc in Ophthalmic Techniques from a recognized Institute.
Junior Radiographic Technician : B.Sc in Medical Technology (X-ray Techniques/ Radiology) from a recognized Institute.
Female Health Worker : Essential training course/ diploma in multipurpose health worker recognized by Nursing Council/ DHS of State.
Boiler Room Operator : B.Sc (Microbiology or Medial Lab Technology) from a recognized Institution with one year experience in CSSD.
Operation Theatre Assistant : B.Sc in Operation Theatre Technology from a recognized Institution.
Dark Room Assistant : Diploma or certificate course in Radiography/ Dark Room Assistant course from a recognized Institution.
Junior Technician Anesthesia : B.Sc in Operation theatre Technology from a recognized Institution with two years experience.
Assistant Dispensary Superintendent : Bachelor’s degree in pharmaceutical Science/ B-Pharmacy from a recognized University/ Institution.
Senior Occupational Therapist : B.Sc (Occupational Therapist) from a recognized University with five year experience in recognized Institution.
Junior Dietician : M.Sc in Food and Nutrition.
Mortuary Supervisor : B.Sc with Biology from a recognized university/ institution.
Library Restorer : 10+2 with vocational course in library science followed by one year apprenticeship.
Driver (Heavy Duty) : Matriculation from a recognized board. And Driving license of transport vehicle.
Application Fee : Candidates belonging to SC category are required to Pay fee of Rs. 250/- and Rs. 500/- for all other categories through Challan of any branch of State Bank of India. PH candidates are exempted from the payment of fee.
